Description

With just a few guests we will bike to Maipo Canyon, a mountain valley in the heart of the Andes and less than an hour drive from Santiago.

We will ride on a paved road along the narrow valley of Río Volcán, surrounded by high mountains and native Andean vegetation. We will climb 700m (2.300feet) on a very safe and beautiful mountain road to reach Baños Morales, a quaint little town where we will rest and enjoy a picnic lunch. On our way, we will get to know the traditional life of goat shepherds and cheese making.

Andres is a great friend and a great guide, we toke the a trip by bike up to the CAJADO DEL MAIPO and it was great and at the end we had the chance to do a private wine tour....definitely a different way to know the areas. The good think about Andres is that he always try to show the hide spots of the Santiago....those place that only locals knows and this is what's pay off for me.

“Awesome biking ride around the mountains” This Bike trip was a thriller that I did enjoy all the way, a must do for any biking lover, the zig zag road and the up / down hills together with the Majestic scenery from San Roman Mountain. We had a wonderful time, thanks to Andres our tour guide who was always there to assist us, I was able to complete the 22 km long for the trip.
