Whenever possible we avoid long car rides on our routes, we offer meals with fresh and natural ingredients, and all the waste we produce goes to recycling or special disposal bins. In addition, we try to relate our routes to the local everyday lives of the people in the city and country. Our trips are both a cultural and a sensory experience.
